The service

Authely embeds invisible watermarks into images you choose and verifies marked images. During the test phase the service is provided free of charge to invited testers, without availability or durability guarantees.

Your content

You keep all rights to your images. You confirm you have the right to mark and share the images you process, and you agree not to use Authely for unlawful content or purposes.

Fair use

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, probe other users’ data, resell access, or redistribute tester builds and access links.

No warranty during testing

Tester builds may contain defects. The service is provided “as is” during the test phase; to the extent permitted by law we accept no liability for data loss caused by pre-release software.
